We went wild with this one. Teaming up with our Floridian Friends @Civil Society, this 8.2% New England Double IPA is our first foray into the curiosities of thiolized yeast and Phantasm, an extraction of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins. Thiol precursors are some of the organic compounds that contribute those big, juicy and tropical flavors that we love so much in our IPA's. With the Phantasm addition, the thiolized yeast, and a complex dry hop of Talus Lupomax, Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere Lupomax and Sabro, this beer is evoking strong flavors of painkiller cocktails, coconut milk, and endless fields of ripe pineapple. It is a true definition of the unlockable flavors in modern beer, and we're stoked for you to try it.

Twilight Juice: Sweet Treat(Pineapple, Cherry, Passionfruit, Lime and Gummy Bears):

Brewed with copious amounts of pineapple, cherry, passionfruit, lime, and a ton of gummy bears, this 9.0% ABV smoothie sour is rich, vibrant, and full of flavor. We like to think it tastes like guava smoothies and a handful of your favorite candy.

Twilight Juice: Sour Treat (Strawberry, Orange, Blackberry, Lemon, and Sour Candy) :

Just like it's sibling, this 9.0% ABV smoothie sour pours a deep reddish-purple, blending strawberry, orange, blackberry, lemon and sour gummy candy. We get big notes of blackberry parfaits and lemon drops!
